Sore: The Sequel

I fear that my ankle may be sprained. Currently fixated with a makeshift icepack (created out of ice cubes and a Shop Rite shopping bag, held in place with a long sock), I hope that will reduce the swelling and that the diagnosis will be that's the sole reason it's hurting. I rolled during the final volley of a badminton game - a volley my team won. Can't say I never put myself in the line of danger for anyone.

As I suggested might occur, plans changed. I won't be leaving for Huntington until sometime during the afternoon tomorrow, so I will be attending school, at least for a partial amount of the day. Frankly, I feel a minor sense of pride in knowing I'll be attending school on a Saturday - it's not often such an occasion arises. Unless, of course, you live in an Asian coutnry where education is actually valued by the majority of the population.

Caught the end of the Reds game - they're doing wonderful this season, by Reds standards at least. Currently watching the Rockets/Lakers game with Curtis. He's spending the night.

Which, is why I shall abandon this blog for the time being and detail tomorrow how I spent this afternoon and evening. Lots of warp speed to be talked about.

Hope everyone's tomorrow is remarkable - and ankle rolling free.
